“‘Toxic’ is about how destructive love can be between two people who are not meant to be together. It explores themes of manipulation, control, and jealousy within abusive and toxic relationships.” – Cody Perez

services.

“[Amerakin Overdose] presents the listener with the temptations of the world. Like a drug, it has its moments of highs, lows and delusions. It shows the struggle of wanting it all, having it all, losing it all, and being reborn.” – Revolver Magazine

Revolver Magazine also announced the upcoming Amerakin Overdose album and premiered their newest video “Damaged” on May 16, 2024.

Revolver writes “Industrialized nu-metal trio Amerakin Overdose have announced their new album, Artificial Infection, and offered up an acidic taste in the form of the single “Damaged.” The pummeling cut was co-produced by Cristian Machado of Ill Niño and Lions at the Gate fame, and it arrives with a high-octane music video filmed and edited by Bausik Filmco.”

The Amerakin Overdose live show captures the raw essence of a society marred by disillusionment, corruption, and decay through barbaric mutated sub-human characters left over after being exposed to the cesspool of greed and corruption—all of the horrors and temptations in American society. Scarred from humanity’s self-destruction, Amerakin Overdose embodies the raw, unfiltered reality of a society plagued by its vices and shortcomings.

On July 19th, Amerakin Overdose will be playing Wisconsin’s Rock Fest 2024, sharing the stage with Thirty Seconds To Mars, Shinedown, and Jelly Roll and giving fans nationwide a taste of their signature live performance.
