BROKEN FLESH have been turning heads of fans and press alike with their new album, perfectly executing a mix of sheer brutality and thought-provoking lyrics. While some heavy music fans are quick to judge a band waving the religion flag, BROKEN FLESH have successfully broken the barrier. Want proof? Read below:
“…if Broken Flesh were aiming to establish themselves as a force to be reckoned with not only in Christian circles but among the extreme metal community as a whole, they have certainly succeeded here. This eponymous work is one of the most concussive albums of the year that, despite its dearth of “songiness,” resonates through its sheer brute force. Swear to god.” – Metal-Rules.com
“Christian metal often gets a bad reputation for being soft or fake. Well, one cannot say that about Oklahoma metal act Broken Flesh. The band’s self-titled third album is straight up guttural, tech-death metal with a groove… Extreme metal fans should check out Broken Flesh and prepare to be consumed by brutality.” – Target Audience Magazine
“…whatever the message, Broken Flesh sure know how to engage with their skilled savagery…” – RAMZine
“…eat, drink, and listen to death metal. Particularly Broken Flesh.” – NoCleanSinging.com
