This performance is the band’s first unplugged concert – portraying strong metal rhythms and riff-weaving in the midst of folk tunes.

In anticipation of the event, TENGGER CAVALRY invited Gear Gods to their studio to witness a unique (plugged) performance of their track “Hymn of the Earth”, accented by Altan Seseg, a Mongolian dancing group formed in New York who perform the traditional dance of Buryat Mongol.
Take a look at an exclusive in-studio performance play-through video of the track here. You can hear the unplugged version of this track at the Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall show.
“”Hymn of the Earth” is one of the most folky pieces that TENGGER CAVALRY has ever composed. It incorporates Mongolian dancing music grooves with hard rock beats,” states bandleader Nature Ganganbaigal. “In this video, you’ll see dancing by Altan Seseg, a Mongolian dancing group formed in NYC. We really enjoy working with them. They arranged a new set of dance based on this metal song we wrote and it was really cool, conveying the culture and emotion behind the music perfectly.”
