Rising New Haven, CT progressive metal group EARTHSIDE may be a new name to some, but rest assured that the band has been buzzing amongst metal fans for quite some time now. In conjunction with the release of their new album A Dream In Static (out Friday, October 23), the band is pleased to have been personally recommended by SOILWORK and A Dream In Staticguest vocalist Bjorn “Speed” Strid to join the current “We Sold Our Souls to Metal” U.S. tour with headliners SOULFLY and special guests SHATTERED SUN. EARTHSIDE joins the tour tonight in New York City at Gramercy Theatre.

SOILWORK’s Bjorn “Speed” Strid comments on the band joining the tour, “I first was introduced to EARTHSIDE when they reached out to me about doing a guest spot on their debut album.
