Greek stoner/doom rock four-piece 1000mods will release their third full-length album, Repeated Exposure To…, worldwide on September 26, 2016 in CD and digital formats via Ouga Booga & the Mighty Oug Recordings. The heavy analog rock rollercoaster from Corinth succeeds once again in delivering inspirational songwriting accentuated by murky, downtuned guitars, groove-laden rhythms and frontman Dani G.’s most resonating vocal work to date. Suitable for fans of 70’s Sabbathic rock and the 90’s heavy rock movement, 1000mods will have you stomping, swaying and singing in no time.

Repeated Exposure To… was produced and mixed by 1000mods and George Leodis this past summer, with Leodis leading up engineering at Wreck It Sound Studios in Korinthos, Greece. The album was mastered by Brad Boatright (Sleep, Toxic Holocaust, NAILS) at Audiosiege Studios, Portland, OR.
As stated in the album title, the creation of the latest 1000mods release was driven by repeated exposure to high sound levels. Repeated Exposure To… carries a noteworthy devotion to hi-end gear, having been recorded with the best possible outboard equipment in a non-stop 24/7 procedure. It’s no surprise that the brand new 1000mods full-length album sounds superior to its predecessors.
In addition to the release of the CD and digital versions of Repeated Exposure To… later this month, a vinyl edition of the album will be available worldwide on November 1, 2016. About 1000mods:
1000mods is a psychedelic / heavy rock band from Greece.  Formed in the summer of 2006,1000mods have since played over 200 live shows, sharing the stage with bands like The Black Keys, The Black Angels, Graveyard, Brant Bjork, Colour Haze and many more. They are known for their commitment to vintage equipment, thick and heavy analog sound and remarkably passionate stage performances.
In October 2010, the almighty Billy Anderson (Eyehategod, Melvins, Neurosis, Sleep) visited Greece in order to produce the band’s debut album – Super Van Vacation was born. In order to promote their debut album, they played 40 shows in 15 countries across Europe, including festivals such as Desertfest, Up In Smoke 3, Rockwave and Lake on Fire.
After two successful European tours, the band was ready to get down to work again. Their experiences and growth paved the way for their upcoming album, Vultures, which was released on the May 30, 2014. 1000mods went on a massive European tour during October/November
2014, playing 42 gigs, including appearances at Desertfest Belgium, Keep it Low, and Blue Moon Festival. In April 2015, a European tour followed supporting the legendary American rock band The Atomic Bitchwax. In summer of 2015, along many summer festivals, they also appeared as the main Greek support at Rockwave festival supporting The Black Keys. The band ended the tour for Vultures with their biggest gig ever in Athens (more than 2,500 people attended the show) and started the pre-production on Repeated Exposure To… in December 2015. This past summer, the band continued to tour and make appearances at summer festivals, while writing more upcoming material.
